Dan was great to work with. I felt as though his goal was to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. Of course he would like to sell me a vehicle, but that was secondary to finding the right car or truck for to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. Once I decided on the type of truck, Dan and the staff at Koons worked with me to get to a price point that fit my budget. Dan was right there every step of the way, looking over the paperwork and making sure that everything was correct. He demonstrated all the instruments and guages and even put the new tags on the truck. The environment at Koons in Westminster is helpful and friendly and I would recommend Dan and the dealership to anyone who asked my opinion. More

This was my first time buying a new car, and me and my parents had done a lot of homework with finding prices on the internet. We had wanted to go to another dealer, because they were giving us a price we parents had done a lot of homework with finding prices on the internet. We had wanted to go to another dealer, because they were giving us a price we couldn't resist. However, these were more than an hour away. We called Koon's, and told them we wanted to stay local but we also wanted our price matched They came through and for a few hundred extra I was able to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted with all added features. This was a very pleasant experience for me, and really wasn't stressful at all. Everyone at Koon's was pleasant and respectful. More

Dan was very friendly and very professional. He followed up to see if we were interested but was not at all pushy (which is something I am impressed with). Since I had not purchased a car in over 21 years up to see if we were interested but was not at all pushy (which is something I am impressed with). Since I had not purchased a car in over 21 years he was very patient with me. My car had to be brought from another state and he informed me about the process and followed up to let me know it was in route. Once the car was here we arranged a time to meet and go over the car (he was even going to come back after leaving for the day). He went over the car from front to back explaining all the features. We are thinking about purchasing an suv of some sort and we will come back to see Dan. I would recommend Dan to anyone wanting to purchase a car. After purchasing the car I had mud flaps installed on the car and everyone in the service area were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very good dealership!! More

Dann was able to convince one of his coworkers to let me drive there truck (exact same package, motor ect). After the test drive I knew I wanted the truck. Dann located the truck I wanted at another dealership and after discussing the price and my trade I went home to think about it. My wife and I agreed it was time for a new truck. I called Dann and went back to the dealership to sign the papers. The next day (Dans day off) he came in to make sure the truck was perfect and was what I wanted. He also went into great detail about the features and functions of the truck. Dan is honest and is willing to work with you in a proffesional manner to get you into the car or truck you want. I came to buy a new truck and met Dan Harkins. I did not know him but told him there was a truck on the lot that I was interested in checking out. He immediately started telling me everything about the truck and we took it for a spin. When we got back and sat down to discuss my trade in, I did not make it easy. We negotiated for quite a while, but Dan was cool with that and we worked a deal were we both where happy. I went home with my new truck that day. Dan made the sale because I thought he was fair, very professional, and he continued to work with me without getting upset. I would deal with him again, when the time comes. My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at this dealer. Dan, our sales person was excellent and very responsive to all of our needs. I bought my second Toyota from Koons Westminster because I had such a good experience buying my 2002 Camry. Everytime I have returned for routine maintence I have made an effort to look him up. He always has a positive attitude. My only problem is that I live a good 45 minutes away from the dealership. I wish that they were closer to me. The dealer closest to me is in my opinion not really anxious in keeping their customer happy. Keep up the great work Koons! Gail Talbott More
