Nathan was my main contact by e-mail and subsequently by telephone. He responded promptly and efficiently with honest and accurate information. The original price quote seemed within reasonable limits for local market conditions but the initial trade-in was outside my expectations. Dan entered the negotiations at this point, remaining equally efficient and respectful. He was optimistic a second evaluation of my trade-in by the general manager could be fruitful in closing the gap. A meeting convenient to all was arranged within two days. The next estimate closed the gap considerably but was still around $925 below my intent. A final proposal essentially split the difference (slightly in my favor) with a bit of administrative magic. I ended with 75% of my trade target and everyone seemed satisfied. While Nathan got the new Tacoma prepped and shined Jeremy with equal congeniality and efficiency executed all the necessary payment and titling documentation. All in all, a rather pleasant experience worth the 45 minute drive. Should there be another Toyota on the horizon, Koons will be my starting point. More

I was sent to this dealership by my girlfriend who had purchased a car a year ago from the same place. Daniel was the first to approach me and was the lucky winner that day for my business. From the get go he made me feel very comfortable by answering all my questions. I did not feel the pressure from Daniel that I have felt from other salesmen. He did not try to talk me into anything and really put the decision in my hands. During the haggle phase which we all dread because of the constant walking away and "checking with the manager" I still did not feel pressure or harassed or really even annoyed. Daniel truly worked with my pricing options and got the trucks price lowered to what I was comfortable with and also worked to get the trade in value of my Honda. He even showed me the value of the 0% financing they offered by showing how much money I will save over 5 years by not paying any interest. All in all Daniel was a great salesman to work with. He is a patient no hassle no pressure kind of person and that makes buying a car almost a pleasure. With my great experience and my girlfriends I see no reason why I would try any other Toyota dealership again. More

Once I decided on the type of truck, Dan and the staff at Koons worked with me to get to a price point that fit my budget. Dan was right there every step of the way, looking over the paperwork and making sure that everything was correct. He demonstrated all the instruments and guages and even put the new tags on the truck. This was my first time buying a new car, and me and my parents had done a lot of homework with finding prices on the internet. We had wanted to go to another dealer, because they were giving us a price we parents had done a lot of homework with finding prices on the internet. We called Koon's, and told them we wanted to stay local but we also wanted our price matched They came through and for a few hundred extra I was able to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted with all added features. This was a very pleasant experience for me, and really wasn't stressful at all. Everyone at Koon's was pleasant and respectful. More

My car had to be brought from another state and he informed me about the process and followed up to let me know it was in route. Once the car was here we arranged a time to meet and go over the car (he was even going to come back after leaving for the day). He went over the car from front to back explaining all the features. We are thinking about purchasing an suv of some sort and we will come back to see Dan. I would recommend Dan to anyone wanting to purchase a car. After purchasing the car I had mud flaps installed on the car and everyone in the service area were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very good dealership!! More
