I worked with Frank and I certainly didn't expect to come in and leave with a car that day. He was great, and I'm very happy with my vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone. There are so many options that make it possible to get a vehicle here and the customer service isn't like any other dealership I've been to. It's more like working with a friend who wants to help you get what you want rather than a salesman pushing a sale on you. I would definitely like to continue my business them. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE IN BUYING A CAR I was s o impressed with CJ at Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio. CJ was gracious enough to wait for me upon my initiaL meeting after the dealership had I was s o impressed with CJ at Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio. CJ was gracious enough to wait for me upon my initiaL meeting after the dealership had closed for the night. After I had explained what I was looking for CJ was an expert in recommending the exact car I was looking for. I was originally set on the C300. With his expertise and professionalism he was able to recommend the right vehicle to fit my exact budget, style, and image. The vehicle was a E350 2010. I was able to get everything I was looking for with more room at approxitmately the same price. When it was time to sign paper work, CJ greeted me with popcorn and a coloring book for my grandson. When I met with the finance manager, CJ was right there to answer any questions that arose. I found the finance manager (Ashly) to be very knowledgeble and was able to get me thru the process with making me feel humiliated for not being the expert that she was. After the sale CJ has been terrific in following up with me about questions or concerns that I may of had. To have follow up after the sale is most impressive and is where most Dealerships drop the ball. In conclusion I highly recommend CJ and Crown, if your in the market for a car. My experience was top notch just like the Mercedes that I purchased. Great job to CJ. Because of CJ. I will be referring others to him and buying in the future. More

The interest rate was better than I even anticip I just purchased a used GL, and had a great experience working with Ralph and the team over at Crown. The interest rate was better than I even anticipated-- lower than on most new car promos that you can find. Because it was a used car, there were a few things that needed to be addressed after the transfer of ownership. Ralph was great with follow through to make sure all of the issues were addressed. Very professional, and friendly- I'm confident we'll purchase more cars there in the future. More

I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted but let me tell you he pointed me in the right direction with a new c class. The staff was so friendly and energetic. Even the older gentlemen Stephen made an effort to come over and say hello.. Talk about embracing gen y!! Bless his heart. I appreciate the concern the management staff had for me as well. Tom and John went out of their ways to make sure I had the perfect experience. This was just the beginning.... When I arrived at the dealership, Doug showed me the vehicle and answered my questions. He knew the vehicle well. After we came to an agreeable price, Doug continued to help and guide me through the sales process. The experience continued when the dealership team serviced the vehicle I just purchased serviced for a couple of very minor issues discussed during the sales process. The Service Advisor which helped me was Dan Hawks. Dan was again, very professional and personable. Even when I through him a curve ball during the process, Dan took it in stride and graciously took care of my requests. Unexpected requests being resolved are the things that are memorable and will keep me coming back for service. Additionally, Dan was very attentive to my 3 year old son and he and my family are the most important things in my life.
