I had a great experience buying my car here! I called ahead and everyone was friendly and helpful. Tim especially made the process smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately the thrill of buying a new car was short lived. We had confirmed the interest rate both verbally AND via email with the manager. We had came to the dealership with a 2.9% interest rate in mi lived. We had confirmed the interest rate both verbally AND via email with the manager. We had came to the dealership with a 2.9% interest rate in mind. We get there. Test drive it again and then we start to talk numbers and all of a sudden it's 4.9% due to the vehicle we selected. Needless to say we were less than thrilled. The manager did not even come to speak to us or apologize for the misinformation and was unwilling to work with us to make up the difference for the wrong information that was provided to us. It did leave a sour taste and took away from an exciting moment. More
