I highly recommend Audi Hoffman Estates to anyone interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle. From the moment I was greeted until the grand send off in my new car, the staff at this location made me interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle. From the moment I was greeted until the grand send off in my new car, the staff at this location made me feel extremely comfortable with making Audi my choice. The general manager, Brian, was amazing. He met with me at multiple points throughout the day, educating me about the vehicle I was interested in & checking to ensure a smooth purchase. He set me up with Necko, who was incredibly knowledgable about both the used and new A5s. He was extremely thorough when describing each vehicle to me, telling me about where the certified pre-owned vehicles came from and what they were traded for. He was forthcoming about all information pertaining to pricing. He very patiently answered my endless stream of questions, foregoing lunch, and was genuinely concerned that I was made aware of every option available. Dan, the finance manager, was also very friendly and made signing the dotted line a million times feel a little less painful. There was not one moment where I felt that anyone was trying to convince me of anything; all my options were merely laid out on the table. Everyone with whom I had spoken that day congratulated me on my new purchase, which made me feel even more excited. Before I even walked into the dealership, Necko Civic had already contacted me by email as I was referred to Audi Hoffman Estates by a co-worker. I mentioned to Necko that I was in the market for leasing a already contacted me by email as I was referred to Audi Hoffman Estates by a co-worker. I mentioned to Necko that I was in the market for leasing a new car and was interested in an Audi. I let him know exactly what I was looking for as far as options and what my monthly price range was. A few email and phone call exchanges later (over the span of a few days), Necko found a 2014 Audi A4 on the lot which had the exact options I was looking for and was in my monthly price range. I came in the dealership the next day to see the car and test drive it. After a couple days, I decided that I wanted to lease this car, so I contacted Necko again to finalize the details. Once we finalized the details of the down payment and monthly payments, we set a day and time for me to come in, sign the documents and pick up the car. As I walked in to the dealership, I was greeted immediately in by the receptionist in a very friendly matter. I did not have to wait long at all as the receptionist notified Necko that I had arrived and he greeted me with the same friendliness. He knew that the paperwork would take some time so he saw that as an opportunity to show me the car (again) and all of its settings. The car was very clean, fully gassed and ready to go. By the time Necko had finished showing me all the settings in the car, the paperwork was ready. This is when I met Dan Jigalov who took the time to explain everything I was signing. After signing and writing out a check for the deposit, Dan congratulated me on the new car with a smile and a handshake. As I walked out to get the car, Necko was finishing up putting on the new license plates. He also congratulated me with a smile and a handshake. From the moment I walked into the dealership I never felt rushed or that any of my time was being wasted. Everyone I met that day made it a very smooth transaction and a great atmosphere to be around. I will definitely recommend Audi Hoffman Estates. More
