Even though i was very impatient, he made the wait very easy, and shorter than expected. I don't know why I have ever had other sales people in the past. If you want the best car buying experience, Don is definitely who you want. Everyone at Brandon Honda is the best and they want what is best for the customer. More

Don and the mangement staff at Brandon Honda were very accomodating and we left with a new car and Truck ver satisfied. It was the end of the month and very busy, but Don and his support staff answered all our questions and met all our $$ requirements in the end. We are very satisfied with our dealings with Brandon Honda and look forward to additional interactions with them in the future. More

Chris Weiss was our main point of contact, and his low-pressure approach and willingness to cater the experience to our needs was a revelation. Honda would do well to have him teach classes to the other dealerships in the area! Chris Shotwell and Dan Jordy were also a pleasure to deal with. At other dealerships I've had very "difficult" (read: nightmare) experiences with managers and finance staff, even with great credit. Chris and Dan knew their business and didn't try to push anything on us. Not much more you could ask for there. As long as Brandon Honda keeps great individuals like Chris Weiss on their staff I will be using them for all of my purchases and service. More

First new car in 40 years I haven't bought a car since 2005, and haven't bought a new car in 40 years. Sal greeted me out front and from there was courteous and respectful. He I haven't bought a car since 2005, and haven't bought a new car in 40 years. Sal greeted me out front and from there was courteous and respectful. He spent about 5 hours with my transaction. He was helpful in letting me make up my own mind. This was important because of how long it's been since I made a purchase, and because I take my own time making up my mind. I came in with a set amount I wanted to pay monthly. I left committed to pay $35 a month more and for 12 more months. I have to say this gave me second thoughts and some buyers remorse. This is less of a problem for me because of the reputation of Honda vehicles and the respectful way I was treated at Brandon Honda. I have 2 sons, both of them own 2 Hondas each. And one son just came in and traded for 2 new Hondas a week ago. I thank Sal for providing guidance through what was frankly an uncomfortable experience for me. More

I had spoken with Captain Kirk by phone before I went in to the dealership. He was as charming in person as he was on the phone. He stuck to his word and provided me honest and amazing service. Everyone in the building was more then helpful. They even provided my mother in-law lunch as we patiently waited for paperwork. I highly recommend business with Brandon Honda but if you go you MUST ask for Captain Kirk! Bill Kirk is the name and friendly smile and honesty is his game. I couldn't help but to hug him before I left. Jim Turner was my finance officer who was a straight shooter and I really appreciated that. He was honest and very funny. Michael Cobb and Dan Jordy over saw my whole process and were very helpful. THANK YOU GUYS!! I LOVE MY NEW CRV!!!! More
