His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding and the deal we agreed to was painless. No games. The sales manager, Dan Jordy, stopped by just to chat even during delivery and after the deal was inked a few days earlier. It took a few days to secure the vehicle I wanted via a dealer swap and Joe kept me informed every step of the way. When I arrived for delivery, the vehicle was clean as a whistle and exactly what I wanted. The business manager, Jimmy, was very thorough in explaining all my options but not pushy. In summation, this was a most pleasant buying experience, from initial contact all the way to delivery. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly, a great place to buy a new Honda. They have unquestionably earned my business going forward and I highly recommend them. Integrity beyond reproach. More

Amazing Customer Service We went to Brandon Honda after test driving several vehicles at Toyota. We were immediately greeted by Sal and made arrangements for a test drive. Due to time constraints we had to leave prior to a deal being reached. After finding a different vehicle in their online inventory, I contacted Sal the next day to see if it was available. He quickly got back to us that it was; we came in and he got us into the car we wanted at a great price. All of the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable making the entire car buying experience the best we've ever had. There's even a cafe in the lobby area. No stress or high pressure tactics. Signing the paperwork with Bo was a breeze and he brought our attention to additional services that were available. We recommend Sal Manalili due to his honesty and being willing to work to get us the best deal possible. More
