It's been 5 years come Dec 1st since I've purchased my 2007 HHR. I always was well taken care of, service wise and for warranty issues. First by Dan K and then by Christine Smrstik. I had a warped roto 2007 HHR. I always was well taken care of, service wise and for warranty issues. First by Dan K and then by Christine Smrstik. I had a warped rotor and a Manual transmission issue with this car. Dan took care of the transmission issue above and beyond. The warped rotor issue caused some ongoing issues that were all taken care of by Dan and then Christine. Dan and Christine have gone out of their way to making me a satisfied costumer. Christine is always pleasant to deal with and makes sure all your questions are answered. Couldn't be happier in dealing with Christine. More

Hi!my Name is Lisa Gallup I have bought many car's & truck's from Phillips Chevrolet.So I have dealt with the service department alot.Dan Kachinsky as the service director has been very nice to Us He he truck's from Phillips Chevrolet.So I have dealt with the service department alot.Dan Kachinsky as the service director has been very nice to Us He help's Us to make sure We are happy.But the guy I want to talk about is My service advisor Joe Armstrong.No matter what We go in there for He is alway's smiling and very nice.I'm a very picky person and Joe makes sure I am happy with the job before He gives Us Our car or truck back.Like one time I had a problem with a after market product I got thru Eric Sieloff which We called Him and He couldn't really help.But Joe worked with Us until the job was done right and we where happy.That is the only reason I use Phillips service department because is of Dan and Joe.If I should walk in there one day and they would not be there I would stop going there and find some where else to get my car serviced at. More

Had to have my car towed to the dealership late on a Friday afternoon. Wasn't sure if the car would be worked on until Monday and they had a great rental car for me ready to go. The car was ready Satu Friday afternoon. Wasn't sure if the car would be worked on until Monday and they had a great rental car for me ready to go. The car was ready Saturday afternoon and I am very impressed with all of the people who helped us. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. More
