Excellent, satisfying experience! Had a terrifically positive experience at Liberty. Everyone there was easygoing, no pressure, a pleasure to deal with. I worked with Dan Rovelli (and also had some contact with manager Dan Meola). Dan Rovelli was very patient in reviewing with me the features of both the Legacy and Forester. He answered all my questions, and helped me understand and pick out which trim levels and packages I might want. I would deal with Liberty again -- and enthusiastically recommend them to others -- in a heartbeat! More

Best Car Buying Experience I have had! I have leased/purchased many cars over the years, and this was BY FAR the best experience I have had. We narrowed down options and costs online, so m I have leased/purchased many cars over the years, and this was BY FAR the best experience I have had. We narrowed down options and costs online, so my time in the dealership was about one hour. When I arrived, he had a car waiting for me to drive, with the options I wanted (not the loaded model to oversell). I drove it, we discussed differences, was given the bottom line price and was done. No haggling - no "let me talk to my manager," - just done. Grabbed lunch, came back, 10 minutes of financial paperwork and drove the car I wanted off the lot. Car has been great so far. I would DEFINITELY recommend the dealership and Dan. More

Dan picked perfect car for us, I'm in love with the silver/gray/blue color, it changes with light, so beautiful. Because we took care of some staff at our first meeting, when we came to pick up the car it took us an hour to be in and out. Again Dan took care or us in the best possible way. I <3 MY NEW CAR I hate the idea of going car shopping, mainly because i feel as if i cannot trust a car salesperson or what' he/she is selling me. Because of this reason when i was ready to purchase a new car i asked for recommendations of where to go. A close friend recommended this dealership and in specific Dan Lidestri. Dan's customer service skills along with his knowledge has given me confidence that i made a great purchase. I love my new car! specially in the snow. More

Dan was prompt, courteous, and professional - and fun!. I never felt pressured - no hard sell which was refreshing. Tom Portee was great - allowed me several options for lease financing and worked the best deal for me. This is my first Subaru and I absolutely love it. I was a Honda customer for years, but now I am a Subaru driver for life!!. I want to thank both Dan and Tom for the great experience and professionalism - it is rare these days to find outstanding service . Liberty Subaru and Salesman Dan Lidestri Both Top Notch I hate shopping for cars. I always found it an unpleasant experience. I cold-called Liberty Subaru, not knowing anyone at the time who had dealt wit I hate shopping for cars. I always found it an unpleasant experience. I cold-called Liberty Subaru, not knowing anyone at the time who had dealt with them. (Since that time I found two people who have and both had nothing but positive things to say). I happened to get Dan Lidestri on the phone. I spoke with him, telling him what I was looking for. We negotiated a price over the phone and the deal was in effect done. I only had to come in to do a credit check and sign papers and then wait for the car to come in before picking it up. It was the most painless car-buying experience I have ever had. There were no high pressure sales tactics that I had previously experienced buying cars. I highly recommend Dan and Liberty. I also dealt with Dan Meola and Rob Bontemps who were also very professional and easy to deal with. More
