Between Dan and Tom Portee in finance, leasing my 2016 Forester was enjoyable and hiccup free. They take all of the stress out of car shopping and I can't imagine myself going anywhere else, EVER!! Dan knew all the models inside and out and was extremely helpful in getting all the little things added and explaining all the details of the car. I never had to wait around or beg anyone to help me. Dan and Tom were quick to answer all of my MANY questions and never with anything but a friendly smile!! I was able to have a few things added to my Forester no problem. When it came time for pick-up I was able to sign my trade in over and sign for the new vehicle and get back to work all before my lunch break was over. More

On my initial visit, Dan L listened to what I was looking for in my next car and concerns I had about each model. He took me for a test drive and showed me all of the features, explaining what came with each trim level,,,,very knowledgable on the product.....never tried to sell me anything I didn't want. His follow-up was prompt, pleasant and never pushy, and he gave me all the info I requested. When I was ready to move on it, both Dans made sure it went as quickly as possible and without a hitch, they were great to work with. More

We shopped other brands, but found we could get more car for our money. We asked our Subaru-owning-friends where to go - and they all recommended Liberty of Emerson. We checked AAA and then connected with Dan Lidestri online. And we are glad we followed our friends' and AAA's advice. Dan Lidestri was informative and helpful, and never pushy, and the trade-in/purchase process was as smooth as any we'd experienced with MB thanks to Dan on sales and Henry Dobson on the trade-in. Tom Portee handled our loan application with humor and grace. And we even had a chance to meet Augie in service. A great team! Looking forward to years of happiness in our 2016 Forester.
