My wife and I purchased a 2021 S580 Mercedes from your dealership in June of this year. I personally traveled to Tampa to collect the vehicle. Upon receiving a call while traveling home from my salesman, dealership in June of this year. I personally traveled to Tampa to collect the vehicle. Upon receiving a call while traveling home from my salesman, I immediately expressed concerns about the brakes, which I noticed during my drive home to Alabama. Despite the assurance from the salesman that advised he did not observe any issues during his own test drive, I continued to experience problems with the brakes. Due to delays in receiving the necessary paperwork for registration and the ongoing brake issues, the vehicle remained garage-kept and largely unused. Once the registration was finalized with the Alabama Department of Motor Vehicles, I took the car to Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham, where i sent over $3300.00 to have the brakes replaced. There are still other issues wrong with the vehicle and we have not been able to have anyone call us to discuss the matter. Please do not purchase any vehicles from this company. More

I have never in my entire 66 years had such a bad experience at the Newport Ritchie and Wesley Chapel dealerships. Everybody is a liar. You never can talk to a manager. You just wanna hang up purchase a vehicle a month ago After 30 days. My trade-in still has not been paid off email from finance company that my trade-in car payment will be withdrawn from my checking account on the 21st when you called these people. They’re always very nice at first, but they are very, very rude. You can never talk to the managers because they are always conveniently not there as they all pull in and they’re very expensive vehiclesRange Rover’s Mercedes. Very Disappointed – Not What I Expected I purchased a 2012 JEEP Wrangler from this dealership on June 20, 2025, and it has been nothing but problems since the very first day. The check engine light came 2012 JEEP Wrangler from this dealership on June 20, 2025, and it has been nothing but problems since the very first day. The check engine light came on right after leaving the dealership, along with the tire pressure sensor warning. I immediately contacted the salesman, Dan, and was told the vehicle was sold "as is," so there was nothing they would do. In the past 30 days, I've spent over $4,500 on repairs and the car has been in the shop three times! Here’s a list of the issues I’ve had to fix: 7/3/25 – Ignition coil, intake gasket, and spark plugs replaced due to vehicle stalling. 7/18/25 – Headlights weren’t working and needed to be replaced. 7/21/25 – Radiator blew, causing overheating and required a tow to the shop. 7/29/25 - Car wouldn't start, had to tow to dealer. New TIPM box required I’m extremely disappointed in the dealership for not performing proper inspections before selling the car for $18,000. They should have caught these issues ahead of time. I expected much better quality and service, especially for such a significant purchase. I would not recommend buying from here based on my experience. More

When you buy a car from a dealership, you expect to be able to drive home without any trouble. Not from this dealership. Approximately 25 miles the oil light turns on and I have to pull over only to find able to drive home without any trouble. Not from this dealership. Approximately 25 miles the oil light turns on and I have to pull over only to find the the oil pan gasket is leaking. Now I have to walk to a gas station to purchase 5 qts of oil then walk back to my car and start to fill it. It would have cost them maybe 75-125 dollars to fix it but they couldn't/wouldn't do that. Also I recieved a text asking me to call the dealership and no one answered. Great customer service. More
