Worst company to ever get cars from super shady ! They do not stand behind the cars they sell I’ve replaced 2 Cadillac converters n still have an engine light on ! They refuse to do the work they cal They do not stand behind the cars they sell I’ve replaced 2 Cadillac converters n still have an engine light on ! They refuse to do the work they call n explain is going to happen when you drop off the car when you pick it up they claim no one explained what was that was going to happen they make you look crazy when you get mad ,,,, contacted private in response to my review yes a repair shop did the work which was convenient for my pockets when they wanted to charged me 1800 for a 2 hr job and a 600$ part I have serviced that car I purchased about 10 times within the year of owning it! I had 2 warranties an every time I had an issue I never gotten help with the repair I was told it’s not covered ! There is no way I bought 2 different converters from 2 different companies and neither of them worked but yet my car never ran funny until a problem just now resulting in a fuel problem that they said they couldn’t find that car is a rip off and they know it they know they sold me a piece of crap! More

I pay for courtesy for life and they really complained they were not making money off me even though I bought a brand new car straight from that same dealership… they only gave me an oil change and not my they were not making money off me even though I bought a brand new car straight from that same dealership… they only gave me an oil change and not my multi point inspection like they should have… unfortunately for the first time going to this service department I would say I truthfully don’t think I spent my money wisely on this package. They should be looking to make sure the customer isn’t paying for a life time oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection before sending them out with just an oil change and letting the customer know they didn’t make money off of the service today…. Even though I purchased a brand new vehicle off of you a month ago… not a good experience to say the least… More
