Purchased a vehicle a few years back and have had nothing but problems. The vehicle I bought was certified and was owned by Byers Ford. Within the first year, hood rust appeared (not even 30kmiles). Secondly the whole dashboard cracked in multiple places. Third, the brakes are atrocious. In fact, on my third set of rotors and pads since owning the car. Worst of all, the rear calipers literally fell apart while driving, causing complete brake failure. No brake pressure, no e-brake function. I’m thankful my wide is alive and was not traveling on the freeway with kids in the car. Lastly the gray leather seats have blue spots on them for some unknown reason. Most of the blue stains appeared after we bought the car. One of the stains was found the day after I bought it. It is so frustrating to be sold a car with so many issues. The warranty they sold me is absolutely garbage and doesn’t address any of this. More

STAY AWAY! I trade cars a lot. I have bought over 35 cars in the last 30 years. I trade-in my car every year, sometimes twice per year. I have never been lied t I trade cars a lot. Byers Ford had a Jeep I wanted to buy. They emailed me a fair price. I logged onto THEIR website, I accurately and honestly entered my trade information. They offered me a cash offer of $32,600. That was lower than a buy-bid I recieved from Carmax of $33,400, but I was going to accept it. Before driving 7 hours to buy the Jeep, I called to confirm it was still available. The sales manager named Bob told me he would not honor the appraisal that BYERS FORD gave me! He offered me $31,000 instead of $32,600. When I respectfully questioned this deceptive scandelous maneuver (false advertising) , he told me that they do want want my business and I should look somewhere else! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN ONLINE APPRAISAL, and when questioned, they suggest that you take your business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE. More

Do not ever do business with them! And never buy a Ford! My ford has been bad from the beginning. Ford put in a bad transmission it’s had two clutches replaced since I bought it in 201 And never buy a Ford! My ford has been bad from the beginning. Ford put in a bad transmission it’s had two clutches replaced since I bought it in 2015. It has less than 60,000 miles on it needs a new clutch but they’re saying the warranty is out. Not acceptable Ford made a bad decision there’s lawsuits in California about this. But it doesn’t matter to the regular consumer they sell make their money and then the heck with you. Stay away from buying any Ford products More
