The extra mile Brought my new Highlander back in for a second re-balancing of the tires. The car had been delivered from the factory with unbalanced tires. The first time I had St Cloud Toyota's Service Department work on the tires they ended up getting almost all of shaking eliminated. However, after driving a few thousand more miles I was still feeling some shaking in the steering wheel. I admit it, I am pretty fussy. The service technician that test drove it did not feel the same vibration I describe. Rather than tell me that the tire balance was fine this dealership decided to go the extra distance and do a "Load Balance' on the tires. This means they removed all four tires, ran them on a special tire balancing machine that applies the cars weight to the tire as it is being tested, made some minor adjustments to the balancing weights put the tires back on. Success! I really appreciate this Service Department making the second effort to keep my satisfied. More

Keeping me safe Came in so they could fix a botched brake job I tried to do myself. They ended up fixing all my brakes and my water pump. I've been stranded before by a water pump failing, so I was glad they diagnosed that. Overall they treat me with respect, they understand that these fixes are expensive AND necessary and are very polite and helpful. Every time I go there for service, I always finish asking myself "why would I take my car anywhere else?" More
