Wonderful Experience! This was the fourth time we have gotten a vehicle from Bonneville & Sons. The first three were leases, but this last time was a purchase. We dealt with Dan Reitz all four times, and all of the other employees there were very friendly and helpful as well. Dan was able to find us an amazing amount of bonus cash and rebates off the purchase price, even applying one from a mailer that we did not have with us at the time. Due to his work, we were able to afford a much nicer SUV than we thought we could going in, and we are very grateful to him. We are extremely happy with our new car purchase, and we would recommend Bonneville & Sons to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Easiest and most professional sales transaction EVER! I was directed to Bonneville and Son by my Allstate Car Buying Service after we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. Dan Reitz contacted me via e I was directed to Bonneville and Son by my Allstate Car Buying Service after we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. Dan Reitz contacted me via email immediately extending a polite and professional invitation to view some cars that met my specifications. Other dealers contacted me but dropped the ball by not following up with me. I contacted Dan on a Friday and by Sunday we had a deal. A smoking deal - one that I could not be happier with. But wait.. there's more. During the same week I was dealing with Verizon in what I can only describe as the WORST sales transaction I've ever had. It took me 2 weeks to upgrade my phone and one email and one phone call to buy a new car. Years ago I was a training manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company so I have a very high standard of service. Dan Reitz exceeded my expectations! Dan found me the Jeep we were looking for, offered to drive 30 miles to meet me at work to make it easier for me to sign papers and had us in a new vehicle within hours of contacting him. He had the car ready for us before we could change our work schedules! We came down a day after he was ready for us - HE had to wait for us! When does that happen? I'm always waiting for things I need! On Tuesday, we loaded up the kids after work 6pm and headed down (passing 4 other dealerships closer to our home). Our time in the dealership was incredibly brief because they expected us - the paperwork was ready and accurate. Dan gave us a full tour of the service department, offered us refreshments and anything we wanted. Our teenagers were made comfortable in the waiting room. We met with Jake Crossette in the Business Department and he was equally prepared and professional. It took 7 minutes and we left buying a service plan that we would have never considered before meeting with Jake. After that, we shook hands and left with a new car. I can't believe how easy it was. This life is complicated and it was incredible refreshing to be treated so nicely and professionally. I cannot recommend Dan and Bonneville and Son enough but I'm going to try. More

I got the one that I wanted! I initiated my contact through Bonneville's internet sales team. Vedran kept me informed and found a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. When I arrived earlier then my scheduled appointment, it was not a problem. Dan covered until Vedran arrived and all went through smoothly. When I arrived, I knew what I wanted and I had my vehicle color choices prioritized. In prior car buying experiences, I have never gotten the color that I really wanted. TODAY....I did! Thanks Bonneville. I got the 2016 Jeep Wrangler unlimited in hydro blue. Ned in the financing department was awesome too! The Dealership has a banking relationship with my credit union...so, no need to leave the dealership to run to the bank. Ned took care of everything. He even contacted my insurance company and got it all switched over. More

Dan was my first contact about the car and he was very understanding of my busy schedule and the distance I would have to travel to look at the car. Even though he was on vacation at the time when I was finally able to make the trip, he made the time to show me the car. Vedran was the one who ended up spending all day with me through the purchasing process. God bless him as I can be very indecisive. Both Dan and Vedran were extremely patient, understanding, and willing to work with me to figure out how to make me happy and comfortable all around. They both truly care about their customers and will do anything they can to help make you satisfied with your purchase and your "new car". More

Everyone went out of their way to be courteous and friendly. Also, very fair pricing, which is important too. They explained everything about financing and warranties, and answered all my questions. You feel that Dan really wants you to be happy with your purchase. More
