Our Salesman, Patrick Walsh knew the vehicle details and helped us to narrow down which vehicle would be best for us. When it came to pricing they were offering similar savings off of the MSRP, until we spoke with Mike Fortier the Sales Manager. Mike asked a series of questions, one being where do I work. Turns out, working for my company entitled me to get a nice discount, something Mike didn't have to tell me about. We filled out a form, and the next thing I knew, we were driving away in our new 2016 Grand Cherokee. They made the experience seamless and even suggested over the next few days to write down anything we had questions about then just stop in to discuss or call them on their personal cells to get our questions answered. Salesman like Mike & Patrick will keep Bonneville & Son ahead of the other dealerships. Normie gets a new car! I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the showroom, and the fact that I didn't feel "hounded" by Sales personnel. "(Second) time's a Charm..." We all know the expression, "Third time's a "Charm", well...this was only my second Used Car purchase at Bonneville, and...as was the first, it was si We all know the expression, "Third time's a "Charm", well...this was only my second Used Car purchase at Bonneville, and...as was the first, it was simply WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC, ect., ect. The Dealership is a great place to do business. From the moment you walk in the door, you deal with Professional, Courteous people. I expressed my (our) needs to the greeter, explaining my desire to continue with the Internet Sales Team, and he brought my Fiancee and I to their office. We sat with Vedran Karahusic, told him what we were interested in, along with our budget, and he pulled up two wonderful options on his monitor. Making a long story short, we test drove both, and settled easily on one. Then came some magic ! Our situation for Financing was complicated, in fact very complicated. Regardless, they made it happen, thanks to great effort by Ed, the Finance Manager :-) The next day we drove off with the perfect vehicle for my Fiancee. She's thrilled, and subsequently so am I. There's no doubt that we will return when the need arises to replace one of our current vehicles, or purchase another for a different reason. At that time the old adage "Third time's..." will be complete. Maybe even "Fourth, Fifth, etc. etc.", because being highly satisfied... there's no reason to go anywhere else :-) More
