My first ever car buying experience resulted in 6 hours at a dealership and some serious anxiety issues when it comes to dealerships. I was referred to Bonneville by a co-worker when my lease was nearly up, and I was looking to get into a nice 4WD SUV. When I walked into Bonneville, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Ricky, and we felt like he did all he could to get us into the car we wanted, and even sped up the paperwork process so we could leave in time to make an appointment 40 minutes away. Ricky was very low pressure, and was willing to go the extra mile for us (even if it meant potentially getting into trouble with his boss). I would definitely tell everyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Bonneville. Its definitely worth it. More

I recently had a very bad experience with a dealer in Salem where i was lied to and deceived, and still had a sour taste in my mouth when I made the appointment to look at a car at Bonneville. I met Rick and he seemed to sense that I was not a happy shopper. We spoke for a few minutes and he calmed me down and I started my "happy" shopping experience. He showed me a couple of cars that I had showed an interest in without any "hard sell" and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and more important, he relieved all of my apprehensions. I picked the car that I wanted and finalizing the deal wasn't what I expected IT WAS BETTER. It was my first time buying a vehicle from Bonneville, but it won't be my last. I would have no trouble recommending either the dealership or Rick, my salesman. He gave me some space to make my final decision without trying to pressure me. This was not always the case during other purchases that I made. More

My first visit to Bonneville we took a test drive with a brand-new Jeep Wrangler on an off road course ( which by the way was pretty cool !!) I left that day letting him know that it was a rubicon that I was really looking for. A couple days later a text message came through with pictures of the sweetest Rubicon I have ever seen !! Todd most certainly exceeded my expectations. One of the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my car buying experiences. He takes the time to listen and shows that he truly cares about his customers . Dan in financing, Pushing the deal through made it so easy !!! He is truly a master of his craft!! Rick greeted us as we walked in and got right to the point. He showed us the car, told us all about what Bonneville is about (NOT selling lemons) and ran the numbers. I liked his honesty and "no BS" attitude. After realizing the Subaru we wanted wasn't a good fit financially, he found us another car that had the qualities we were looking for and was in our budget. Our overall experience with him was great, we didn't feel like he was being dishonest and that helps a lot when buying a car. Now I'm driving a SUV/Crossover and we will definitely hit Rick up again when it's time to make another purchase. We didn't speak with Norm at all, but he was the one who got us great financing so we appreciate his help. We also worked with Dan Rietz and enjoyed it very much. More

Many Auto Dealer encounters are frustrating and take longer than necessary to accomplish the goal of sharing information in regards to what the Buyer wants and the shenanigans that take place regarding pricing! Well, our experience with Tom Beaudin and his counterparts (Dan for one!) was amazing! Tom listened to our questions, answered them with knowledge and confidence which we certainly appreciated.
