Beat the other dealer with no hassle Was looking at a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at another dealer but they didn't have one with all the options I wanted. I found the one that I wanted at Bonneville and Son and asked he first dealership to ask for a trade so i could still deal with my salesman. I was told that they would not trade so i called Dan Reitz and told him the deal the other dealership was going to give me and he beat it right off the bat. Our recent purchase was the 4th car bought from Bonneville and Son. Each time we worked with Dan Reitz. He is easy to talk with and he doesn't push any decisions on you. He understands your concerns and limitations and does evrything possible to make it all work. If Dan wasn't there, we would not go back. The service department is one of the worst. You are not updated if you are having work done, as this was true on many occasions. If fact, I am still waiting to hear back from the service dept. on a warranty item they were checking on....it was over 2 months later and I finally traded in the van. The Sales Dept. is great.....we will be back, only if Dan is still there. More
