The wrong part was ordered. I had to call multiple times to see when the part would be in. I was told there was no date even though there was the part available on mopar website I had to call multiple times to see when the part would be in. I found what I was looking for quickly with the help of Jesse who I met as I drove in and before I went in. Jesse did all my paperwork in advance so when I arrive to pick up the van, it was very quick. A Jesse who I met as I drove in and before I went in. The service center here has been helpful, and I appreciate their support. However, I’m disappointed with the inspection that was done on the used truck I purchased from another Walzer dealership—no appreciate their support. However, I’m disappointed with the inspection that was done on the used truck I purchased from another Walzer dealership—not this particular Dodge store in Hopkins. The truck was halfway out of coolant, and the AC didn’t work due to being low on refrigerant. These are basic issues that should have been caught during a proper inspection. Thankfully, the Hopkins service team has been taking care of it, even though I didn’t buy the truck from their location. I appreciate their help, but the overall experience has left me questioning the inspection standards across the Walzer group. More
