I had to call myself to find out anything about my car. They said “their phones weren’t working” but they worked when I called. I wouldn’t have made a review but you are emailing me multiple times within a few days about it. Your service center offers mediocre service at premium prices. I’ve asked about my cabin air filter bei multiple times within a few days about it. Your service center offers mediocre service at premium prices. I’ve asked about my cabin air filter being replaced every time I’ve gone in for maintenance. After the latest, I checked myself; it obviously hasn’t been replaced in years. After a rear brake and rotor job my handbrake wasn’t tightened, leaving my manual transmission vehicle very unsafe to drive and park. More

The service is good but I leave my oil change appt a little disappointed because in 3 years bringing 2 cars in, I’ve never been asked if I’d like our cars washed. I came for an oil change and a check on a noise near my tire. The noise was fixed., supposedly the oil was changed. The sticker was not updated and the mechanical check oil reminder was not turned off! I h tire. The noise was fixed., supposedly the oil was changed. I had to turn around and have them turn the change oil sign off and that’s when I thought oh let’s check the sticker and that had not been updated! When I got home, I wondered if my oil had even been changed? So I need to go back in and see if it really did get changed! I haven’t done that yet, but will in the following week! More
