After the inspection, the technician recommended repairs and asked if I wanted to move forward with them. He was unaware that I had an extended warranty and when I asked if these repairs were covered under and asked if I wanted to move forward with them. He was unaware that I had an extended warranty and when I asked if these repairs were covered under the warranty, he said that they would have to confirm the initial diagnostic. Apparently, it was necessary to confirm everything when he thought I was paying out of pocket. After the second inspection, he deemed that some of the recommended repairs were actually not necessary which I suspect he knew all along. Recommending thousands of dollars worth of repairs is unethical and a serious breach of trust. I will not be returning. More
