I have been here a number of times for service and have been told what was wrong with my van. I have expressed concerns about what is going wrong and thought that those issues were resolved because they s been told what was wrong with my van. I have expressed concerns about what is going wrong and thought that those issues were resolved because they said that they got to the problem. I still have the same issues with what I asked to have done but something else has been fixed and charged for. I appreciate having the other issue fixed. Not having the issue fixed that I came in for is frustrating to say the least! It’s difficult to get in for an appointment and I can understand that. Not getting the issue resolved that I have asked for and having to wait 4 weeks to get in is beyond frustrating! More
