The way one gets a new car these days is very different! It was a learning experience. There was a slight hiccup when the salesman I originally met with left the dealership, making me concerned that there It was a learning experience. However, when Mark Stevens took over the process was smooth sailing. Or at least as smooth as current situation allows.
