He was honest, not pushy. He presented me with lots of options until I felt comfortable with my choice. He didn't try to force me to buy something I really didn't want. He went well above and beyond the norm to find the perfect vehicle!! Luciano has great customer service skills. He put me at ease when making such an important decision.
