I can't even begin to describe how smooth and painless the entire process was. Our salesman, Raul was helpful and friendly without applying any pressure (very refreshing that this is the s.o.p. at Sunrise). Once I had selected the vehicle, a 2016 Equinox which is GREAT, I also met and worked with Dan Schomer and Eric Claeson when finalizing the transaction. This is a VERY professional group of nice people. Dan Kurtz (general manager) has done a great job assembling the best car sales and customer satisfaction team I have encountered at a dealership.
