After a very short wait our sales consultant ,Barry Pasqualini greeted us and took us bAck to his office. My wife and I found Barry to be very concerned and inventive to our concerns and showed us a car we fell in love with. After decididing to purchase the vehicle Barry made it so easy to go forward and with his finance ( Bob Katz)closing team a genuine pleasure to do business with. We picked up the car 4 days later and again the closing process was as excellent as our initial experience. Andres Cadena the finance closing gentleman was super. We then met with Dan Sexton, their technology specialist,and he was unbelievable helping us set up the Bluetooth phone feature,radio,etc and explains all the features in a way that two senior citizens could understand. This is a terrific dealership and Barry and his team should be congratulated . More

SALES - We just recently purchased a new vehicle from Stamford Ford Lincoln. By far the smoothest and most comfortable new car purchase I've ever been a part of. We never felt pressured and they do much more then just sell you a car. Dominic and Marco spent the time with us to make sure we were picking the right vehicle and correct payment approach for our needs. Lena Spagnuolo is the best salesperson, she looks out for every customer like they are a member of her family. She knew exactly the car I wanted, made sure that it fit our budget and she didn't disappoint me. Dan Sexton was very thorough showing me how the new technology works. During our lives we have purchased about a dozen new cars (mostly Fords) but this was our first purchase at Stamford Ford to which we were referred by a friend. Our experience was quite positive. Daniela Subauste, our sales person, was very attentive at each step in the process and quite patient as we test drove several vehicles. Once we selected our car, she facilitated the entire process. On the day we picked up our new Escape, Bob Katz, the finance manager, walked us through all the closing paperwork. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The last step prior to driving away was with the technology specialist, Dan Sexton, who patiently walked us through every step in the operation of the car. He even synced both of our iPhones! Overseeing the dealer team was Dominic Franchella who was attentive at each step to ensure a seamless operation and pleasant experience. More
