All the people from Stamford Ford do really value customer service. I am a firm believer that any business with good customer service is a good business to deal with because you know that you are well taken care off. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Special thanks to Gus Gournaris. It was a joke we made about a fast food chain for our daughter and he even gave us a gift card for it. How sweet is that? We got there for our appointment and Lena already knew exactly what we wanted and we could not have been happier. 2 days later on the day of pick-up we went on to work with Bob in Finance and he was very organized and explained everything so we were in and out of there in no time at all. Then we went and met with Dan and he showed us all the ins and outs of the new audio system which is great very user friendly. With only telling my sales associate Lena Spagnuolo a few details I would like with my next purchase, she returned with excellent vehicles to choose from and I absolutely fell in love. It was like she knew exactly the perfect vehicle for me and that is exactly what I got! She is such a sweet woman and she took the time to help me understand and talk me through things that made this process so much better. Tony Siciliano also helped with the finance part of the purchase and he made the process great too. Never before was I really shown the new technology in a vehicle I purchased or how to use it and I received that from Dan Sexton the same day as my purchase! He showed me awesome features with the vehicle that I would never know about, showing me tips and tricks with the interior of the car, and made it an enjoyable experience as well.
