The salesman, Richard Spelling was a real pleasure to deal with. In the end he found a car I would be interested in and at a good price (they did not have the car on the lot but was able to find one from another dealer). P J Uva reached out to me with offers and an invitation to visit the dealership and schedule a test drive. This may seem standard for all dealerships but PJ Uva was the only one compared to the other dealerships who responded to my queries (phone/email) very promptly and scheduled a convenient time for me to visit. During my visit Christopher Febbraio and PJ Uva made it extremely easy for me to Test drive the car as well as understand my needs/budget and find the exact car I had in mind (Color, Convenience package etc.). At no point did I feel any pressure or feel like I was treated unfairly. I even showed them a few Internet quotes and they were able to match another dealer's quote. Christopher Febbraio and PJ Uva did a great job outlining the pickup process of my car including any documents I would need. At the time of delivery they followed a very simple but effective 2 step process which had been explained to me in advance. Dan Sexton (Technology Specialist) spent 30-40 minutes with me in my new car explaining every feature of the car in detail and linking my phone and preferences. Step 2 involved the meeting with Andres Cadena the Finance manager who explained all the paperwork in detail and made the signing process easy and efficient. By the time I left the dealership with my brand new car I was very impressed by the Professional and detailed approach to the process of car selling. Approx a year ago we purchased a Jeep Cherokee for my wife and while that dealer treated us well, Stamford Ford is head and shoulders above any other dealer we have interacted with. Highly recommended for their Professional and Transparent approach. More

Best Experience Ever I had been shopping for a Ford for awhile and was very close to purchasing a vehicle from another dealership. My Wife suggested I try Stamford Ford. I sent an inquiry on Saturday morning - within a few minutes I received a email saying they will contact me as soon as the dealership opens. Within 15 minutes of the dealership opening, I received a call from PJ. He gave me an idea of pricing and what inventory was available. I went in that afternoon to see a vehicle he thought met my needs - and he even showed me others to compare. But PJ was right on with the first car. He has listened to what I needed, gave me a fair price and we made a deal on the spot! The pick up process was thorough, friendly and helpful from Tony in finance to Dan who explained the technology of the car. Best dealer experience I have ever had and it will make me want to buy another vehicle from them. More
