I have never had such pleasure when buying a car. I just got my 2015 Ford Expedition and it is amazing, it drives great, it came loaded with options. Wanted to thank Bob Hermanns I called around to find the Fiesta ST that I wanted. The car was hard to come by. But Bob was the only salesman who followed up. Took a little longer to get the car than expected, but Bob was nice and easy to communicate with throughout to whole time. And when the car finally came in, Bob even picked me up 'cause I couldn't get a ride to Stamford. What more could I ask for?
