DO NOT SHOP HERE THIS PLAVE IS FULL OF LYING GREASY SALESMAN. This place is the reason why the public hates car salesmen. So from the beginning they were great very helpful and quick with everything I was a very happy with the dealer till.... I’ve been trying to address my temp tags being expired and still not getting my reg quick with everything I was a very happy with the dealer till.... I’ve been trying to address my temp tags being expired and still not getting my regular tags. No one seems to want to call back after leaving 3 messages to the finance manager and 1 messages to the general manager. I went from telling friends to go here to telling them to not waste their time. I’m very upset and dissatisfied with the help I’ve been getting for the past few weeks. Good luck if you plan on buying and hope that you don’t have the troubles I’ve been getting. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went there with my friend and negotiate to buy a Ford F-150. A manager was very RUDE to us . He raised his hands many times in my face and my frie I went there with my friend and negotiate to buy a Ford F-150. A manager was very RUDE to us . He raised his hands many times in my face and my friend’s face many times !!! And yielding to us saying STOP ! Listen to me . Really !!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE they do ?!!! We were speaking very politely and he keeps raising his hand and saying stop , listen to me !! After that he took the paper that we wrote negotiated price on it and bent and crunched it in his hand and threw it in front of us !!!!!! REALLY !!!’ At the end he refused to do the deal that he originally accepted it and told that he prefer to throw it to auction with the same price we offered than selling it to us !! All that after we lost our time for two hours How can Ford accept this to be done !!’ We called his manager and telling him the whole story and told him that everything should be recorded on the dealer surveillance cameras so he could check to see how he insulted us ... Guess what ?!! The manager did nothing to him !! And told us he has no time to check the cameras ... Oh My God that’s how Ford deal with customer ... any polite customer has the right to be respected and to be good treated I will never deal with them and Ford again if Ford does not get my right back More

Stay Away! Another Unhappy Customer! This has been not only the worst car buying experience but the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I had numerous issues with finance d This has been not only the worst car buying experience but the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I had numerous issues with finance department telling me that because I am buying a car that I would need to purchase gap insurance for the vehicle. I told Ryan that I did not need GAP because I already have it through my insurance. He told me by law that I have to. I later found out that you do not need to have gap on your vehicle. So I called Elder Ford they told me all I would need to do is come in before 8pm and the Finance Department could cancel the Gap and Extended Warranty they had added on. I left work early and drove over a hour and half getting to Ford at 7pm. Josh who told me he was a finance manager told me he would not cancel it because Ryan did my paperwork and he would not take his commission away. I was told I would have to come back when Ryan was there. I notified my salesman what happened he apologized and said he would get this all fixed. He had his cousin Trey(Finance Manager)contacted me a day later. Trey told me he would give me a few complimentary services for the inconvenience. I was told by Trey just contact me on Monday to remind me to put in the paperwork to cancel the services. I called and I was told by the front desk that Trey was not in today. I called back a couple more times later for a guy in sales to tell me Trey has been here all day. I finally talked to Trey that day he told me he processed the paperwork and everything was cancelled. I thanked him and he told me now for you to receive the complimentary service we talked about your going to fill out the survey exactly like this so my Uncle can get his sales bonus. He was so rude at that point I told him don’t worry about it. I called a few days later to confirm with someone else that he actually did what he said and they told me it says in system that you still have both services and nothing was cancelled. At this point I took everything into my own hands and contacted the Gap company myself and Ford Extended Services and cancelled it myself. I was very disappointed that Elder Ford was run in this matter. I was then contacted and harassed for over a month from my salesman Donnie and Sales Manager Rob Tucci offering me anything as long I could fill out there sales survey so they could get there bonuses. Which got no where even after we had agreed on compensation they promised they still did not deliver. At this point I had given up on ELDER Ford after many disappointments... The icing on the cake was being charged an additional $1,300 for my car... When asked where that figure came from my salesman Donnie said that was the sticker price.. I told him I have the sticker right here and it’s $29,400.. He then transferred me to Rob Tucci.. Rob explained that was a additional package that I purchased which included lifetime Car washes, 2 free spare keys which are usually $400 each and window tint... I told him I never purchased that and he told me I did and I signed the paperwork. I asked if he could send over the document that’s when he stopped answering any of my emails or phone calls. I was told to contact General Manager Dan Sills at that point and he would make things right... That was the furthest thing from the truth and just another lie... Dan told me that because I didnt fill out the survey exactly how his salesmen wanted he would not help me.. I assured him I did not want anything free from them just what I paid an additional $1,300 for and received nothing... He told me it’s not that he can’t help me it’s that he won’t. I explained to him all I want is customer service from him and he told me the deal has been done so we don’t even need to speak to you at this point. Horrible Customer Service!! Dan you need to read the reviews on the company you work for because for all the bragging you did to me about all the happy customers you have. You can easily see that is not the case once you read the reviews. Do not buy anything from this dealership!!! More

More than 2 months and they still didn't install the hitch They are nice to you till you pay them, after that.. FORGET! I paid in full my new car and was suppose to go back in 2 weeks to install the hitch. Thi They are nice to you till you pay them, after that.. FORGET! I paid in full my new car and was suppose to go back in 2 weeks to install the hitch. This was 03/12, today is 05/17 and i don't have the hitch!! They dont call me back to give an ETA, they just don't care. It's written on my receipt about the hitch!! So NEVER, EVER buy from them, and if you do, don't pay cash full amount... they are not very honest going through with their word. If someone knows a lawyer, I'm looking for one. More

So easy and pleasant to deal with!! We went to several other big dealerships in tampa and around tampa but all of them would not work with us. We almost gave up until I decided to give one last try at Elder Ford. From the second we arrived we was treated like royalty and the salesman Tom Strickland and manager John Elderage was so polite and put no pressure at all on us and they wanted our business. Our credit is challenged being maxed out on our credit cards and we had a loan on our trade in that was more than the trade was worth so we had to put the negative equity on the new loan. All the other dealerships turned us away saying they didn't want to or couldn't make a deal work because of the negative equity but Tom and John made it happen. They really had to work extra hard to get the deal done and we couldn't be happier with Elder Ford!! The whole experience was great and they have a great snack room with premium teas and coffee plus snacks. We will only buy vehicles from elder Ford from now on and I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again for the amazing deal!!!! More

Nobody is perfect but they try to get as close as possible. More
