This dealership was the best dealership i’ve ever worked with. Reinaldo Duarte was an amazing salesmen, Badre Ghoumari was so respectful and knowledgeable and didn’t try to screw me over. I purchased a vehicle in may 2020 with a extended warranty the car broke down in August 2021 and now im currently looking at a $1,300 bill. Vehicle Purchase From Out of State Coming from out of state can always be a bit of an issue. They were nice enough to hold the vehicle with a down payment. When I got there it was busy. Coming from out of state can always be a bit of an issue. They were nice enough to hold the vehicle with a down payment. When I got there it was busy. They need more staff for sure. I was persuaded into signing papers immediately before having even seen the vehicle I was planning to purchase. I was also told that I would be given additional parts along with my vehicle, which did not happen. Also, after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed they removed a suspension component. I wondered why, but installed it myself again. After installing the part, I noticed the steering alignment changed. I started to think, and came to the conclusion that they did not want to pay for an alignment or have anyone do an alignment on the vehicle. They instead pulled a sneaky move and took the part off to fix the alignment of the steering wheel. In my opinion, those actions are sneaky and dis-honest, the dealer did a good job else where. Nice people, but definitely pushy. They do overprice their cars, and the also put themselves before the customer. I personally was not fond of my conversation with Jason Bray. The internet sales manager also did not help me one bit. She said she would put a down payment to hold the vehicle but did not and left for the day, I had to call someone else and that is when Donnie helped me out. Donnie was a great and fun person to work with. In my opinion, I believe Donnie deserves a higher position within the dealership. In the end, I would recommend this dealer, and suggest working with Donnie only. Bring price comparisons. More

I did have a great sales experience with Anthony. Robo was great as the concierge. Robert in finance was finally the one that addressed all the issues in the end. Everything post sale was horrible. I did not receive a first class experience at Elder Ford of Tampa. I am not satisfied with the shape of my vehicle, the service provided, or Elder Ford in general. 1. The window tint on both front windows has bubbles and tears already. 2. As part of the purchase a Roll-n-lock was ‘included’. When I went to get it installed the wrong part was installed on my truck. When I questioned it I was told the wrong one was ordered. Was told in two days the correct one would be in. After a week I called and was told it would be a few more days. Now I’m coming in tomorrow to finally get it installed. 3. Interest rate was raised one percent above what was agreed to originally. Have that in writing. 4. Driver’s side back passenger seat back was not locked (supposed to be permanently locked in back upright position) and when driving and braking my son was thrown forward while in his seatbelt. Horrible! I had to have that fixed when I came in for the wrong bed cover. 5. Finally someone tried to buy a five star review. Seriously? No amount of money buys a five star review. Good service beginning to end gets five stars. I am fortunate that my son was not injured. I am also fortunate that I haven’t done my survey yet. It will be done before the drop dead date of June 6. More

DO NOT SHOP HERE THIS PLAVE IS FULL OF LYING GREASY SALESMAN. This place is the reason why the public hates car salesmen. So from the beginning they were great very helpful and quick with everything I was a very happy with the dealer till.... I’ve been trying to address my temp tags being expired and still not getting my reg quick with everything I was a very happy with the dealer till.... I’ve been trying to address my temp tags being expired and still not getting my regular tags. No one seems to want to call back after leaving 3 messages to the finance manager and 1 messages to the general manager. I went from telling friends to go here to telling them to not waste their time. I’m very upset and dissatisfied with the help I’ve been getting for the past few weeks. Good luck if you plan on buying and hope that you don’t have the troubles I’ve been getting. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went there with my friend and negotiate to buy a Ford F-150. A manager was very RUDE to us . He raised his hands many times in my face and my frie I went there with my friend and negotiate to buy a Ford F-150. A manager was very RUDE to us . He raised his hands many times in my face and my friend’s face many times !!! And yielding to us saying STOP ! Listen to me . Really !!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE they do ?!!! We were speaking very politely and he keeps raising his hand and saying stop , listen to me !! After that he took the paper that we wrote negotiated price on it and bent and crunched it in his hand and threw it in front of us !!!!!! REALLY !!!’ At the end he refused to do the deal that he originally accepted it and told that he prefer to throw it to auction with the same price we offered than selling it to us !! All that after we lost our time for two hours How can Ford accept this to be done !!’ We called his manager and telling him the whole story and told him that everything should be recorded on the dealer surveillance cameras so he could check to see how he insulted us ... Guess what ?!! The manager did nothing to him !! And told us he has no time to check the cameras ... Oh My God that’s how Ford deal with customer ... any polite customer has the right to be respected and to be good treated I will never deal with them and Ford again if Ford does not get my right back More
