Reached out to the company's BDC dept, (internet) , on Saturday the 13th and never got a response. Called once from my cell and 3 times from my work number and never even got someone to answer the phon on Saturday the 13th and never got a response. Called once from my cell and 3 times from my work number and never even got someone to answer the phone. Sent out an email of concern to the GM, Dan Sills, which never responded at all, and Asst. GM Luis Tamayo. Luis did reach out vis email. Spoke to him by phone on Monday the 15th. Nice guy. Assured me He would have a guy call me and he would handle all the numbers for me personally. Never heard from him again either. By Wed the 17th and no contact or any closer to buying a truck I again emailed Dan Sills and Luis Tamayo. Never heard from either of them. Instead I get a buyers order at full price and adding 4000.00 on top of that. Also trying to steal my trade for about 5000.00 less than auction values, MMR. The Trucks true MSRP was 81,820.00 . They sent me a buyers order for over 92,000.00 . By Friday the 19Th, one week later, I'm still no closer to buying a truck with these guys. So as any other consumer would have done. I moved on and bought somewhere else. Perception is reality and my perception is these guys just don't care unless they make bank on any and every customer. If they cannot sell one in a week, God forbid I needed their service dept. I would skip Elder Ford next time and advise you to do the same. Good day. More

Had an issue with my transmission and Elder Ford did everything under the sun to help out with having my extended warranty and Ford help out with the cost due to a technicality. It took a little time bu everything under the sun to help out with having my extended warranty and Ford help out with the cost due to a technicality. It took a little time but they stood by their word and Dan made the entire process easy and kept me informed the entire time and even had my vehicle ready a day early. In the future I still plan on taking my vehicle there . More

Elder Ford of Tampa- Anthony S- mis represented a used boxster- and then tried to up sell me- said he added tinted windows, lojack and some other things i did not want-and were not listed in advertised pr boxster- and then tried to up sell me- said he added tinted windows, lojack and some other things i did not want-and were not listed in advertised price- and also said car had surround sound and new 19 in perilli tires for a 2013 used Porsche Boxster. Turns out car has no back speakers at all and one broken one up front. but more importantly the tires are 7 yers old and i the 2 front tires with slow leaks. and they are too old to be patched- according to the porsche dealer that looked the car over after we bought it and got it home. also no one at Elder ford will return an email(sent many over 2 week time with no response at all. ) and called over 2 dozen times left many messages for anthony and or the general manager and now my calls are being blocked by the front desk and the dealership. this is BAD business i wired the funds that day for the car and the did not file my tag for 2 weeks, because i found out there was a lean against the title. they also gave me a physical license plate that day to to drive out with and back to my state-come to find out- no one knows at dealership whose tag it is..it i s not mine, and not theirs, so to recap- I bought used car- dealer mis represented the vehicle- and gave me wrong incomplete paper work for it at time of purchase and i couldn't get a license plate in my home state until they fix this issue- took over 2 weeks- to get the license plate issue fixed because no one responded at dealership. this dealership has issues, they are not honest, they do not respect t woman. and the car has 2 tires that have slow leaks and because they are not new but 7 years old Porsche dealership says not safe to patch them because of dry rot.-very expensive lesson -buyer beware- beware of wolfs in sheep cloths. More

If I could leave zero stars I would. Purchased a vehicle from Elder Tampa on March 9. Traded in 2 cars, one with no note. They sold the one with no note within a week and although they w Purchased a vehicle from Elder Tampa on March 9. Traded in 2 cars, one with no note. They sold the one with no note within a week and although they waited for the other to come back from repairs they now have it listed for sale. We are owed $15,000 from the vehicle they sold and a payoff on the other. It’s been a month and we just get the runaround. I’m sorry we purchased from them and unfortunately took our son back a few days later to make a purchase. More
