It actually started great or so I thought. Everything about this dealership seemed on the up and up. I will accept full responsibility for buying the extended service plan and warranty throug Everything about this dealership seemed on the up and up. I will accept full responsibility for buying the extended service plan and warranty through them, knowing they would both be my home dealership. They always seemed to make good on what was said about what I was buying. Then the time came to put it to use at my local dealership only to find out that I paid alot of money for a few oil changes. I have a contract that says it covers alot of other things, I will give them that. The problem is the dealership tells me that I can show them any piece of paper I want, but if Ford doesnt say yes they will pay, I must pay. My issue with the dealership is since I discovered this problem I have sent emails to the GM and the sales manager that had “assisted?” me before and I have not heard back from either one of them. What I will tell all of you is that when you purchase an extended service plan from Elder Ford, I cant speak for all the others, the dealership gets $325 for a full synthetic oil change. That definitely raised an eyebrow. Anyway, the two stars is not because they did not give me a good deal on the vehicle that vibrates at 75 mph, and Ford says is a known problem with no fix, because at the time they did. Its for selling me oil changes made of gold. More

Overall an extremely poor experience. Finance communicated poorly and processed a loan without telling me. I saw the loan present on my credit and had to call Ford Financing to figure wha Finance communicated poorly and processed a loan without telling me. I saw the loan present on my credit and had to call Ford Financing to figure what had happened since I did not get a response from the dealer. Additionally, the dealer did not pay off my previous loan within the required 30 days, leaving me in a position where I needed to cover two car payments to protect my credit. After several days of trying to contact the finance manager via phone and email without a response, I had to reach out to the general manager. The issue was eventually taken care of, but I never received any kind of follow up from any manager. I will not seek service here again. Once I purchased the vehicle, I was effectively ignored. It took days of effort to even get into contact with anyone. I strongly recommend against going to this dealership. My wife was looking at purchasing an EV as well, and we will certainly not be going here. More
