They don't answer the calls after the sales, they ignore I'd you request the documents to register the car, just promises, I am afraid they will register the title as they promise, they told me they record all the paper work in a usb but the USB is in blank, Hyundai doesn't want to accept the paper bill because they didn't sign, I am starting to think they are running an illegal business, because what's the need to be hidden from the client after several calls and messages , I paid all the cost of the car completable. I won't recommend this dealer at all.

Buying process was fine (out of town buyer, bought car
over the phone and had car shipped by the dealer). problems started when I transferred funds. Weeks go by and do not hear from the dealer, it’s been

Weeks go by and do not hear from the dealer, it’s been almost two months and I do not have a title and have no idea when I will get it. Dealer personnel pass the buck from department to department and no one seems to be accountable for processing the title. Furthermore, car arrived scratched and have had little to no assistance trying to get their shipper to provide feedback on the insurance claim. Their post-sale service is worthless.
