Elder Ford has been my place for maintenance and buying a new vehicle. Although I live in the Brandon area, other Ford dealers in the Tampa Bay area cannot compare to the service (including maintenance and e new vehicle. I have been customer from day one when Elder first replaced the previous Ford dealer on Florida Avenue. I want to thank Elder Ford and especially in the Elder Ford Sales department. I was there on May 27th looking at the new vehicles while my 2020 F-150 was being service for scheduled maintenance. I explained to the Sales Representative (Kitt Kittles) that I was looking to trade in my F-150 for a new truck. Discussed my goals for obtaining a new vehicle and any financial roadblocks that may prevent me from accomplishing my objective. With the help of the Sales Manager (Badre), Kitt, and the Finance Manager, Tylor Oster I was able to locate the ideal vehicle that I wanted and was extremely happy with the results. I really appreciate Kitt and his professionalism and people-first attitude that was decisive in my doing the deal and gaining fulfillment in obtaining my new 2023 F-150 truck. I am a Elder Ford Customer for life! More

Horrible el dealer y sus manager es como estar en una pesadilla de la que nunca despiertas solo te roban tu dinero y los problemas que tengas no les importan un carajo me estafaron los de finance y el ve pesadilla de la que nunca despiertas solo te roban tu dinero y los problemas que tengas no les importan un carajo me estafaron los de finance y el vendedor cuando reclame me dijeron ya filmastes quise devolver la f150 antes de 30 dias y lo que me decian era que no era de ellos que era del banco que los yamara a ellos y asi me tubieron todo el tiempo hasta que paso los 30 dias después una placa en mi f150 que no era mia la pickup nunca tubo tablilla para no hablar mucho despues del mal rato en DMV yego al dealer esta el jefe principal hablan con el le dicen lo que pasa y ese manager principal de ford dice pues soluciona el problema y que se balla como si uno fuera un animal ese no se merece ese puesto de trabajo por mi lo hubiera enviado a su casa More
