He also informed me that i could take a Sync class at the dealership the second Saturday of the month which is very helpful. My Overall experience was awesome and i have already have given a friend Dan Stephens Business Card so they can have the best experience that i had. I came to Taylor Ford for two reasos. It had the truck that I wanted and the pricing that I had needed. This was the only dealership that I saw with a Super Crew on sale for leasing. I had to see for myse that I wanted and the pricing that I had needed. This was the only dealership that I saw with a Super Crew on sale for leasing. I had to see for myself. I knew that the product Ford makes sells itself. I fell in love with the truck (I knew I would) what we didn't expect was the great service that Dan gave us. He talked to both myself and my fiance which was just great customer service. Within 12 months we will be back to purchase another vehicle for my fiance from Dan. We live .5 mile from another Ford dealer but we will drive the 30 miles for the service. More

I went in to purchase a car while my husband was on vacation. I had not worked with anyone at Taylor Ford before. I basically walked in and the first person that said hello got the pleasure of being vacation. I had not worked with anyone at Taylor Ford before. I basically walked in and the first person that said hello got the pleasure of being my salesperson. I was relieved not to be treated as some silly woman and did not feel taken advantage of one bit. I let Dan know what I was looking for and that I was not hard pressed to find something that day. He was very open about what the deals were and said "if I can't find what you are looking for now, I will keep your information and call you when I think I have met your specifications". It was very low pressure and I appreciated that. Dan ended up finding me what I was looking for and I drove off the lot with my shiny red new Escape! I had to bring my car back to have the moon roof installed later that week and they finished it in one day as promised and it works perfectly! Also, I was very pleased at the "extras" that Taylor Ford had compared to other dealers I had worked with. I am enjoying my free 30 days of car washes and have already referred some friends to Dan!
