Transmission oil service I called at 2:45 pm to find out if I can get a transmission oil service, and they told me no problem bring the car now and will take care of it. Went in for an airbag recall While they were fixing the airbag they found an oil leak which they went ahead and corrected while they still had the car. Amazing Experience I purchased a new 2018 Honda Civic from Arrowhead Honda in August 2018 and I also have my older Honda serviced by them. Both Sales and Service have al I purchased a new 2018 Honda Civic from Arrowhead Honda in August 2018 and I also have my older Honda serviced by them. Both Sales and Service have always treated me fairly and with respect. Any minor complaints that I have had were immediately taken care of. My positive experience at Arrowhead Honda It was very easy to get an appointment and there was no waiting to get checked in. All of the employees including Dan were very professional and imme It was very easy to get an appointment and there was no waiting to get checked in. All of the employees including Dan were very professional and immediately took down my concerns and information. Dan called me as soon as the work on my car was completed and spent time going over anything that needed attention. I felt very comfortable and appreciate the service I was given. More
