Our sales rep, Kyle Pace, was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and was focused on making it a positive experience for us. He gave us clear, concise information on all four of the cars that we expressed an interest in on the lot. He was exceptionally helpful in processing our initial application and in giving us clear information on the vehicles we were considering. Kyle went out of his way to make this a relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable visit to the dealership. Dana Arnold completed the extensive package of paperwork quickly, explaining thoroughly each aspect of the financing, warranties, rebates, and additional service options available. In a matter of a few short minutes, he had all the paperwork prepared and ready for signatures while ensuring that we understood everything that had been discussed. I worked with David as my sales person. He did a great job. However dealing with the financial sales person is where my experience wasn't so great. His name was Dana. I let him talk me into purchasing an extra tire and wheel protection package and Xzilon paint protection. The cost was rolled into my loan. I wish I would haves passed on these unnecessary products and opted for the lower payment. Thats my fault though for not saying NO. You would think buying a $30,000 would be enough. These financial guys make you feel like you're an idiot if you don't buy their additional packages. Other than that my experience was a fairly good one. More
