I was greeted by Bill Spillman who commenced to I visited the Frankfort Toyota dealership yesterday, 03/16/17 searching for a late model used Toyota. I was greeted by Bill Spillman who commenced to show me what was available. Through his courteous and knowledgeable presentation, he showed me all available late model vehicles that I had requested. Not being sure that any of those available were suitable for me, we proceeded to look at new ones. To make a long story short, I drove away in a new 2017 Toyota Camry. No pressure whatsoever was put forth during my transaction. Thanks Bill for your knowledge, courtesy and patience. If I recommend anyone to this facility, I will certainly advise that they see Bill. My original reason for visiting was an issue with my old Camry, and it was recommended by a family member that I take it to Frankfort Toyota to get it My original reason for visiting was an issue with my old Camry, and it was recommended by a family member that I take it to Frankfort Toyota to get it diagnosed. Within just a few hours, I received the call that everyone dreads- it would be an expensive fix. With such an abrupt and unexpected issue, I had many questions about the best course of action to take. Jimmy made himself available to every question and concern that I had, and was extremely patient throughout the entire process. He was thorough and made sure to explain everything in detail. Everyone involved in the process, from Beth in the service department who checked in the old car and made sure to congratulate me several days later when I bought the new car, to Dana, who helped with the financing, were fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming that I was excited to come back to the service department to have something added a week after purchase. I highly recommend Frankfort Toyota! More

I'd like to thank Elvis and Dana as well for their help and for OK'ing the Shell gas, which as it turns out, was the same price as Speedway's. The receptionist was very helpful with her phone directions in getting us to the dealership. Also, the young man that was prepping my truck. I asked if he could do anything about getting the front license plate bracket installed and he got a mechanic to take care of that. You have a great crew of people at your dealership. When I arrived for my appointment, the car that I was interested in was pulled up to the front with the heat already running (it was a chilly morning!) After a great test drive, Josh took the time to explain all of the vehicle features inside and out, and pointed out differences from my older Camry. From there the paperwork side of things was a breeze- straightforward, clear, and friendly. Dana in finance was great to work with as well. I was in and out in two hours, on the road in a great vehicle! We will absolutely be back when it is time to trade in my husband's Tundra! All of the employees were able to give us information and allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed. Thomas always let us know what he was doing or who he was getting assistance from.
