Never once did I feel overly pressured to purchase a car from this dealership. Instead, I felt like I was well-informed and encouraged to make a knowledgable decision, based on what was best for my family and I. Ashleigh Hudson was an amazing sales person! She let me test drive multiple vehicles, while giving me the scoop on what each car had to offer and what the dealership could offer, for me. She was really, very friendly and patient (we had our 4 year old daughter with us, throughout the entire process, and Ashleigh and the dealership were very accomodating for us and her). On top of it all, she got us through all of the paperwork and it never once felt like we were there for very long. Overall, it was a very painless process! Dana Arnold was who we spoke to, in Finance, and he was also extremely nice, knowledgable and helpful! He got me in a new car, with a 7 year warranty and gap coverage, among other things! The pricing at this dealership is, seriously, the best- from Lexington to Frankfort and back! I will HIGHLY reccommend this dealership, Ashleigh and Dana, to anyone who is looking for a new Toyota vehicle! More

Our salesman, Greg Woods, has sold us 3 of our 5 Toyotas and never pushes us to do anything. He is very knowledge about Toyota products and is a great guy to do business with. We took a week to consider prices and products, and Greg was very patient and professional. Dana, Finance Office, is so easy to work with! He had us in and out of his office in about 15 minutes, including the completion of an extended warranty. He is a great asset to the dealership. We have had our vehicles serviced at the dealership since 2008 and I can't imagine going any where else for service. Everyone that we have met at Frankfort Toyota is professional, friendly and caring. I will return there for my next Toyota, and I recommend Greg Woods to anyone interested in a Toyota. More
