Just what I wanted! I stopped by the dealership to look at a truck I knew I wasn't going to buy, but it was a cool color and I wanted to see a 2016 Tacoma up close. Josh greeted me while I was looking at that truck, and we chatted a bit. I told him I wasn't going to buy because they didn't have the specific truck I wanted. He asked what I was looking for, and I told him. He smiled and said, "We've got that truck in the back, it's just not in inventory yet." Needless to say, I ended up on a test drive that afternoon, and drove home in the truck that night. Working with Josh was great, he was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. Everyone else at the dealership was personable as well. I hadn't planned to buy that day, but they made it very easy, and I got just what I wanted! More

I hate the process of buying a new car...the haggling over prices, negotiating This weekend I purchased my 2nd new Vehicle from Toyota of Frankfort. I hate the process of buying a new car...the haggling over prices, negotiating interest rates and saying no repeatedly to all the "extras". This visit was much different. I completed my crdit application online after viewing the inventory and received a response within minutes from the dealership. I emailed my 1st choice vehicle and gave an estimated time for my arrival the next morning. When I arrived, the vehicle was sitting in the front lot and so was Nathan Prather. We looked at the vehicle, took a test drive and 2.5 hours after pulling into the lot I drove away in my new Rav4. Wonderful experience! Since Toyota vehicles have a long life, I'm not sure when I'll need another vehicle, but I do know where I'll be buying it! More
