Yes, Glenn wanted to sell me a car, that's their business, but they were willing to do it on my terms, listening, specifiying the options, and special ordering for me. I have the Tundra that I want and it was due to the willingness of Jarod to listen to what I want and patiently wait for me to make up my mind. It took two months but is was very satisfying to finally receive the truck THAT I WANTED, not one off of the lot! Thank You Jarod. More

Steve Tewell was very nice and courteous throughout the whole process and even helped us with an issue after the sale (involving vehicle registration, the issue wasn't directly related to the dealership, but worth mentioning as Steve did help us try to resolve it). Steve even contacted us a week later when the former owner dropped off an accessory for our car. Dana was very helpful with financing and tolerated our numerous questions very well! I recently went back to the dealership to have service done (oil change) and I was amazed at how well it went. I usually dread taking in a vehicle for service, but the whole process was painless and the waiting room facilities were top notch. I'll definitely be coming back for service, and I live about 50 minutes away from the dealership, but only 10 minutes from a competitor. More
