All service performed at this location. I have always received excellent customer service from Dana Eby and I feel very well taken care of. Your service team ensures a positive customer experience by going above and beyond to consistently meet the customers needs throughout the entire visit, which is awesome! I also want to recognize in the service team the valet, the technicians, and the driver for the concierge service . From opening the door for me with a smile, making all needed repairs in a timely manner as well as washing my car before it's return ,to picking me up at my home and bringing me back to the dealership, these guys are top notch! More

2009 328i Service (and 2007 X3 service) The quality and friendliness of service from this dealership is 5 of 5. However, I have a major complaint about BMW engineering, specifications, an The quality and friendliness of service from this dealership is 5 of 5. However, I have a major complaint about BMW engineering, specifications, and quality of parts. For the 2009 328i: During this service, $500 was spent to replace the transfer case shaft seals. During a previous service, $500 was spent to replace the oil filter housing gasket. It is recommended to spend another $1,700 to replace the oil pan gasket. For our 2007 X3: During a previous service, $500 was spent to replace the oil filter housing gasket. During a previous service, $250 was spent to replace the left rear axle seal. During a previous service, $1,100 was spent to replace the valve cover gasket. It is recommended to spend another $1,700 to replace the oil pan gasket. This is $2,850 already spent on gaskets and seals and another $3,400 of recommended spending for more gaskets! That's over $6,200 for gaskets and seals! In this day of modern materials and millions of miles of data, it is absurd that BMW German engineering cannot get this right. BMW's are expensive enough to maintain. To spend this amount of money for leaks is ridiculous. Gerry Socha More

Tire Issue Gone Right On my way to work I learned I had yet another blown tire on my 6 series so I contacted Dana in service and she told me to bring it right in. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile in the garage by Chris (not Owen). He could see how disturbed I was about having to pay for another tire. Chris then questioned if I had any tire insurance. Because I purchased my car elsewhere I hadn't thought to inquire until Chris ask...It turned out I purchased rim and wheel insurance when I got the car, so I spent all of nothing on the repairs. A bad day quickly turned good with the help of BMC of Cinti. North service department. More

Service I had a great experience with the service department although I am disappointed with the change to no longer give loaner vehicles for shorter service I had a great experience with the service department although I am disappointed with the change to no longer give loaner vehicles for shorter service appointments. One of the reasons I have kept coming to BMW of Cincinnati North was the policy of giving vehicles while my BMW was being serviced no matter how long the appointment. This was extremely convenient for me and allowed to me to drop my vehicle off without missing time from work. I cannot afford to wait one or two hours for my BMW to be serviced and am extremely disappointed in this new policy. I hope this policy will be revisited as I feel this is penalizing loyal customers like myself who did not abuse the use of loaner vehicles. More

Air Bag Recall BMW initiated contact, first via mail, then via phone regarding the Air Bag recall. The part had to be ordered, but, surprisingly, it came in rather BMW initiated contact, first via mail, then via phone regarding the Air Bag recall.
