Awesome service advisors, terrible detail job Dana and Sophie as well as all the service personnel are amazing!! My detail job on the M4 however was...terrible. Water spots on the bumpers, grill w Dana and Sophie as well as all the service personnel are amazing!! My detail job on the M4 however was...terrible. Water spots on the bumpers, grill was dirty and brake dust in the rims. This does not reflect poorly on your service personnel as I said they are great; however I would probably have a chat with the Detail Shop. More

Very disappointing experience. I was very disappointed with my service experience. I had normal maintenance scheduled and a full car detailing. I did not get a call when my service I was very disappointed with my service experience. I had normal maintenance scheduled and a full car detailing. I did not get a call when my service was done and had to follow up myself to find the car ready. The detailing was horrible - mats were dirty, carpet was not swept and crumbs were still in the car. Very disappointing and for sure do not recommend this service center. Quality and Value are not good. More
