What began as a seemingly routine repai My recent amazing service experience at BMW of Cincinnati North can best be described as ‘one for the books’! What began as a seemingly routine repair to my BMW X-3 evolved into a six-week long saga, as the service staff wrestled to diagnose and repair a very stubborn automobile. Throughout it all, the service staff demonstrated the HIGHEST LEVEL of expertise, professionalism, tenacity, organization, and good cheer!
