While I was upset. Luis was extremely confrontational. I was angry because my warranty had just expired 17 days prior to this and my Jeep only had 21000 miles on it. I Luis was extremely confrontational. I was angry because my warranty had just expired 17 days prior to this and my Jeep only had 21000 miles on it. I only found out after I paid for the repair that there was a goodwill extension the service department could have asked for. Luis acted like it was my responsibility. Sean advised me that I could pay for the repair contact Jeep and they could potentially reimburse me. I contacted Jeep and they stated they cannot do that and the dealership has to request a goodwill extension. This is the second Jeep I have purchased there and it will be my last. Although my experience with sales was exceptional the service department is complacent and lacks any sense of going above and beyond. More
