Advisor does not greet guest on drive. No inspection report done last 2 times I visited. Advisor does not escort guest to cashier or go over inspection. Considering that I was there at the end of July and one month later both batteries in my car failed, I would expect that on the July inspection (if it was even done) would show the battery(s) were failing. As I was an advisor for 10 years at a Chrysler dealership, I expect a certain level of professionalism, which I didn't get. After spending well over $1000 in 2 visits on a car with only 10,000 miles on it, I find it outrageous. My brother already had an issue with this dealer when trying to get the refund for his warranty when he traded his truck in. That took over 8 months to achieve. I will not be going back to your dealership and instead will be taking my car elsewhere. More
