Overall great communication from my service technician, Dane. He was really helpful in communicating and keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Wife brought vehicle in, but survey went to husband which irritates my wife. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change??? If they expressed how long it would take, probably wouldn't have left it. Service tech was excellent. When the vendor (Caliber) did the leak repair work they caused two minor chips in the paint near the bottom of the window.
