Crown Buick GMC has the best service department and service is what truly sets a dealership apart. Anyone can sell a new vehicle at or below invoice to drive traffic through the door. But a great service department is what keeps customers coming back after the sale! Not to mention Crown has the best HD Truck diesel mechanic in the industry-Brandon Rehage. He is my go to and I am a very critical truck owner as many know. Highly recommend Crown for all your vehicle and service needs. More

My steering wheel was very dirty when I picked up my truck. Also, my black dashboard on the passenger side around my gloveboxes had brown dirty hand prints on it. The engine ran very smoothly. The black Crome on the front grill of my 2500 Ultimate was coming off. It was replaced but when I picked it up I realized the next day that the new one was damaged.
