I tried calling three times, and my last call was at 4 pm. I spoke with “Frank,” and he said you’d call me when my car was ready. After 8 long hours, no one called me to let me know that my car was ready. I called again at 5:55 pm, and they said my car was ready, but they closed at 6. It’s not fair that I have to pay for the service by phone and have to send my friend to pick up my car and wait so long for my car. It was just an oil change. Very disappointed with this service.
