Terrible attitude! Dropped brand new truck off for an 830 appt. No one has touched the vehicle since 530 pm. Why allow me to drop off the truck for a scheduled appt if you know you're booked and won't be able to look at it? And smirk at me when I say I had an appt?? I asked if it will be looked at tomorrow and was told no, its' first come first served. I asked since my truck is already there if I'm considered first. She said no. I would have to come pickup my truck now and be back in the morning at 530am to wait in line to possibly be seen. I stayed calm and questioned only to be met with attitude. I don't know what your deal is Danette but you need to work on your customer service skills! Your whole work process is horrible and needs to be revamped! More
