I had to bring in my car for service, and Dani was in constant communication with me to make my appointment once the parts arrived and while the car was there in her hands. She would update me about the car and it made me feel like I was actually there. She truly cares about her clients and it shows every single time. The amazing service that she provides is the main reason why I only bring my cars to her!

to address an issue with my coolant. Although I didn’t have an appointment, Dani Paiz, my service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure everything
to address an issue with my coolant. Although I didn’t have an appointment, Dani Paiz, my service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. She arranged a loaner for me, which was the next earliest available, and even handled all the details with my third-party extended warranty. Thanks to Dani, most of the repair costs were covered, and the entire process was hassle-free. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Audi Ontario, especially if you’re fortunate enough to have Dani as your service advisor!
