We are extremely disappointed with our experience. We purchased a vehicle (white Camaro) from your dealership in January and were required to pay an additional $2,000 for a mandatory “luxury packag We purchased a vehicle (white Camaro) from your dealership in January and were required to pay an additional $2,000 for a mandatory “luxury package.” At the time of purchase, we were told the vehicle would be ready within four days; however, it ultimately took two weeks. When we finally picked up the vehicle, we immediately noticed several issues, including a dent in the bumper, a poor-quality touch-up paint job, and damage to the tint (including visible holes). Including the inside had not been cleaned, just half vacuumed. Because it was late in the evening at pickup, we were advised to contact our sales representative the following day. We did so—multiple times—but did not receive a response until our fourth attempt. At that point, we were simply redirected to another contact, and again, no one followed up with us. Now, three months later, we still have not received our registration. We returned to the dealership in person to address both the registration issue and the condition of the vehicle. After waiting approximately two hours for inspection, none of the original concerns were resolved—the dent, tint damage, and poor paint repair remain unaddressed. We ultimately left feeling ignored and discouraged, as no one was available or willing to assist us. At this point, we are requesting clear direction on who we can speak with to ensure these issues are properly addressed and resolved. We would appreciate prompt communication and a plan to complete the necessary repairs and finalize the guarantee promise to have a complete “luxury packaged” repair and detailed fixes! More

I had the best experience with the General Manager Alex and Mo the salesman, who both helped me get into a new Volvo with the best and lowest percentage rate. They both took their time and helped me find and Mo the salesman, who both helped me get into a new Volvo with the best and lowest percentage rate. They both took their time and helped me find the perfect vehicle for our family. AJ also helped us with financing and ensured we knew what was covered with our warranty. We will definitely be back to this dealership and purchase from Mo again. He is so knowledgeable and honest. Be aware when you sign paperwork for used car with Grubbs. Salesman who sold car to us seemed very nice and honest and told us to sign the paper and he will fill out contingency as we asked and told h Grubbs. We were told paperwork we were filling are just formality for manager who will later fill real paperwork. We were than made to wait 3 hours and by the time we were in financial person’s office it was very dark and late that dealership was closing. We were given the car without filling out contingency as discussed. Next morning we noticed quite a few things unaddressed and car given to us in same condition as it was. Since contingency was not filled defects is now our responsibility. We had bought the insurance that costed us thousands and so dropped our car to them to fix issues under Warrenty. We were given a loaner with contingency on miles we can drive. It has been three weeks and we still don’t have our car and no response from dealership on our messages for work related trip that is more than contingent mileage. Overall I felt this dealership is not ethical or honest. I would not buy another car from them. I have purchased car few years back from another dealer and dealings were very clear , honest and no surprises ( Sewell). Stay away from Grubbs!!! More
